Purpose: Mature Agile Talent & HR by deep diving into Agile Talent & HR concepts, facilitating the Agile Talent & HR Radar, assessing the results, developing key insights & building growth improvement backlogs along side quarterly planning.
How can HR play a pivotal role to enable the organizations Agile and EBA transformation? To address this big gap and help define the new role of HR in the modern world, we collaborated with industry leaders to design this new ICAgile Talent certification in which this 2 day workshop was born from!
This program is aimed at people who are in what organizations traditionally call the Human Resources (HR) domain which also includes People Managers. Participants will come away with the practical knowledge necessary to tackle new ways of thinking and support their organization’s Agile and Enterprise Agility transformation journey.
