Purpose

To assess the HR Agility for your human resource (people operations) team around the key dimensions of Org Design that enables New Ways of Working, Talent Acquisition (on-boarding and recruiting), Effective Performance Mgmt (rewards and incentives, team based performance) in addition to Learning and Development.

Frequency

2  times per year with monthly and quarterly reviews of the growth plan progress

Audience

This assessment could be completed at a Portfolio or Team of Teams level and should include Human Resource senior leaders, HR business partners, managers who lead teams, coaches and transformation leaders leading new ways of working.
