Overview

This is a facilitated team visioning workshop where portfolio and product leaders will determine the right structure, skills and people to form a Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team to lead the ongoing activities for their portfolio.

The outcomes for this workshop will be clear guidelines on how the LPM team can best serve the portfolio, what skills and capabilities will be needed, a cadence of routines for the team to work under, defined measures of success, the potential team members and the estimated capacity required to fill the responsibilities of the team.
