Overview

This workshop is designed to kickstart a non-technology /business team on their Agile journey. New to Agile or existing Agile teams will gain value learning and improving their Agile adoption and maturing their team health and practices. The workshop is a full-immersion experience intended for teams to learn in a collaborative environment, the nuts and bolts of the Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), vision and outcomes, planning and prioritization, capacity mgmt, core ceremonies, roles and expectations and define a clear path forward for what will work for them.

Who Should Attend

This course is intended for teams at varying stages of Agile adoption who need an immersion session in the full framework of Agile practice.  Bringing their actual work to the course, teams will gain understanding through practice from establishing a product vision down to managing the daily Scrum.  Effective metrics and communication approaches are discussed and engaged.  Particular attention is given to developing a team roadmap, enabling the team to undertake a successful approach to continuous improvement.
