This helps educate Managers and Leaders on the value of AgilityHealth and how to leverage the data it provides to help teams grow. This seminar helps educate ScrumMasters on their role and responsibilities in utilizing AgilityHealth including activities to be completed before, during and after their team’s AgilityHealth Retrospectives. ScrumMasters will understand the purpose of AgilityHealth, their role and responsibilities and will be prepared to complete the action items necessary to help their teams continuously improve.

Company Admin Training

1 Day Hour

This seminar teaches designated Company Admins for your company how to manage all the setup and information within AgilityHealth. As the main point of contact for AgilityHealth users for your company, the Company Admin will learn to manage all users, tags and teams, and how to view all AgilityHealth dashboards, analyze data and run valuable reports.

Scaling Measurement & Growth

This advanced workshop provides an in-depth view of how to scale measurements and growth across multiple teams (programs, product lines, portfolios and lines of business). This is a facilitated retrospective assessment which utilizes the Lean Product Health radar and helps bring together a product management team and associated leaders and stakeholders to reflect and assess their current state of maturity with Lean Product Development, analyze results and develop a growth plan.

This workshop aims to help senior product leaders, product managers, product owners and technology partners the art of creating business outcome metrics that bring alignment, focus and drive results at each level. This one day workshop provides a deep look into the Customer Seat the Table pillar from EBA. You will learn what it takes to truly activate a customer first mindset within your organization at every level. Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Team Design

1 Day or 1/2 Day Workshop

This workshop will give your team a brief overview of the levels and roles for Teams, Trains and Portfolios and then go deep into designing what YOUR own LPM leadership team should look like. We’ll define the key roles and expectations along with the key ceremonies needed for success. The full day version includes team ‘forming’ activities and the creation of team norms.

Today, business leaders define strategic areas of focus but struggle to gain a line of sight into the complex web of technology and operations teams, individuals, systems and processes that are needed to deliver on their vision. This lack of alignment and flow has become a real impediment for organizations achieving their strategic goals.

SAFe® Value Stream Workshop

1 Day Workshop

Value streams are the primary construct in SAFe® for understanding, organizing, and delivering value to the customer and to the enterprise itself. Attempting to shortcut or breeze through this crucial step can derail your transformation before it begins.

During this one-day workshop, you will learn how to identify your organization’s value streams and then explore and test different potential Agile Release Train (ART) designs that are optimized for the flow of value. With this understanding, we will help you pick one value stream and one ART to serve as the starting vehicle for the journey. Next, you will learn how to create a plan to launch the ART and develop a roadmap for launching more ARTs and value streams.

Team Health & Performance Baseline

This is a continuous improvement and learning activity that involves running baseline assessment using the Team Health radar to establish the current state of your teams from a health/maturity and performance perspective. This includes both qualitative and quantitative metrics. This can be done across all teams in technology, teams in a specific portfolio or train or just for a few teams. The teams are engaged through a facilitated retrospectives to analyze results and identify areas of growth or support they need from leaders.

Basic and Advanced Agile for Teams, SM, PO Training

The Leadership Triangle Collaboration 1-day class is a full-immersion course intended for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical/Solution leads and Managers to learn the ins and outs of each key leadership role in a stable team triangle and understand how they can best operate as a leadership team. Participants will do a deep dive into each leadership role, learn collaboration techniques, learn how to handle challenging situations Agile teams commonly experience, gain insights into which role has responsibility for what and how to make decisions as a team.
